Growth Aspired People seeks to eliminate barriers that prevent women from achieving their education, career, and mental health goals by connecting them to resources, tools, and community.
Built by women, for women.
Growth Aspired People™ is a woman-led nonprofit based in CA. We walk alongside our participants for a full 12 months providing tools, community, dedicated support, and access to every resource they need to grow into lasting stability.
Our Programs
Growth never goes out of style that's why we provide a range of services, tailored to meet the unique needs of women.
Building Legacies
In 6-week small groups of women master achievable goal setting while acquiring tools, and gain momentum towards building a lasting legacy.
Life Skill Enhancement Workshops
Career Connect Services
Partnering with local community organizations and businesses to provide priority job opportunities.
Healing Minds
Participants develop their self-awareness by identify areas of strengths/ weaknesses while create a strategic growth plan and connecting with licensed professionals.
Work Education and Experience
Local government partnership provides participants with career education and hands-on paid/ unpaid training. Participants receive certificates and diplomas that assist with obtaining higher starting pay rates.
Volunteer Opportunities
Growth Aspired People provides a multitude of positions that encourage volunteers to actively engage in community support, develop new skills, and make meaningful connections.
Sister Exchange
Clothing exchange program with the mission to promote recycling and reduce waste. Participants have the option to either donate or exchange clothing.
Past Forgiveness
As a provider for the District Attorney's office participants can have issues such as misdemeanors, traffic/trolley infractions,
parking citations that are creating barriers to success removed.
Resource Support
Professionally vetted resources the best solution include but not limited to medical support, food & housing, education, and emergency services.
